Yes — from check-in to check-out, the full 1,000 sqm property is yours alone. No other guests share any part of the space. The beach, the jacuzzi, the outdoor kitchen, the nipa cottage — all of it is exclusively for your group.
2 to 16 guests. The A-frame cabin has a bedroom area and private bathroom. Additional guests use the outdoor areas and the included camping tent. For groups larger than 10, please message us in advance to confirm arrangements.
Patar Beach is one of Pangasinan's finest — fine white sand and clear sea water, far less crowded than the more commercial beaches of Luzon. The Frame sits directly on the beachfront with immediate access to the shore.
Patar Beach faces east, so sunrise arrives around 5:30–6:30 AM depending on the season. The jacuzzi and open beach area are positioned to give you a perfect front-row view. We recommend setting an alarm — at least once.
Yes — a full outdoor kitchen with kitchenware, refrigerator, and barrel grill is available and included in your stay. Restaurants and wet markets are in Bolinao town, approximately 15–20 minutes away.
Yes — the outdoor jacuzzi with massage function is available exclusively to your group during your entire stay. It is not shared with other guests (there are none) and operates throughout your check-in and check-out window.
Bolinao is approximately 5–6 hours from Manila by private car via NLEX and the Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway. Victory Liner buses run regularly from Manila to Alaminos, Pangasinan; from Alaminos, take a van or tricycle to Bolinao town (30–40 min), then onward to Patar Beach. For groups larger than 10, please message us in advance to confirm arrangements. The maximum capacity is 16 guests. We recommend communicating your final headcount before arrival so we can prepare appropriately.
